The Hand Cannons are a good weapon for lower level players, but it would be hard for them to get. It has a good damage to RPM ratio and a +12 speed boost. Just like most pistols, it shoots one projectile from one pistol to the next and back again. It fires metallic bullets with an orange molten-looking glow.
